I’m honestly incredibly disappointed in the service I received. First, the gear I brought required very little cleaning. There was one seat that needed a good wash, which is why I decided to pay for the works for all items. She did not mention anything about stains being difficult to remove, and upon pick up, it appears like the seat had not been touched. I can physically scrape the crud off of the seat with my fingernail, which demonstrates that it was not cleaned. The bottom part of the stroller and pockets were also not cleaned.
Although Nikki responded to my messages, I received my gear 5 days after the initial drop off- it was not clearly communicated when the gear would be ready for pick up until I sent multiple messages to inquire. I would’ve been fine with the delay had the need for required time for the stains or other issues been communicated. Lastly, I did not like dropping off my $2500 worth of gear to her front porch and picking it up without any interaction. Overall, after paying $150+, I will now have to take my gear apart and wash it myself when I’m due to deliver my child any day now -causing so much unnecessary stress that is not needed at this time. I will not be recommending babyquip to my other mom friends.

Got all the problem bits. Good communication. If we need it cleaned again in the future, or anything else cleaned, we’ll definitely use Nikki.

The bassinet and stroller doesn’t seem to have been deep cleaned. If it was, then the service isn’t worth it as stains were very evident as they were prior to dropping off
