Shaunne was excellent communicating with me and even answered my questions before I booked! She was flexible with her time, and responded quickly when I texted to confirm our appointment. She even checked before she got started to confirm the type of cleaning I needed in case I needed to make an adjustment. The car seats are sanitized which I appreciated as we just had to fly with them recently. I would totally book this service again!
