Most of the cleaning was done fine, but on my stroller a very obvious component—the canopy shade—was not cleaned and still had stains. I reached out to the cleaner who said she would clean it and has now ghosted me when I tried to set up a follow up. I paid for a service and provided a generous tip for an incomplete job. Her lack of response is unprofessional, which is why she received the above rating.
